The number of discs treated exceeds 102,600 discs circulating through the responding locations rental pools. Types of discs treated include DVD VIDEO, PLAYSTATION, Dreamcast, CD ROM, and Laserdisc formats.

Of the 23 responding outlets over 60% are in their 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of use. These 23 business' rent through a combined 54 store locations from coast to coast. This is important because the owners of these locations are much closer to the conditions manifesting themselves in the retail rental trade.
