7-28-99 To our friends at CD Playright, I just wanted to write and thank you for your great service and incredible product. After trying products ranging from window cleaner to car polish without success, we tried samples of your cleaning and polish system. The results were amazing and we were able to save a great many DVD and Sony Playstation disks that we thought were too scratched and unplayable. All of our new Disks immediately get treated with your Disk Shield spray and the money we save from not losing even one disk from scratches has more than paid for all of your products that we use. Beyond Video / Sneak Reviews / Crozet Video Dear Dave, I thought I'd just drop you a note to follow up on the posting I put on the Video Software Dealers Association bulletin board. I've been using your product now in my stores since September of last year, and I can honestly say, I couldn't be more impressed with its performance. It is now "SOP" to treat any optical product with "Quick Clean" before I put it out for rental. Since I have started doing this, not one DVD or Playstation game has been returned damaged. The only loss I have had is one game was physically broken...and even your product can't insure against that! I wish you well, and encourage any Video Retailer that is interested to give it a try. Dear Dave: This letter is to praise your product. We have been renting DVD's and Laser Discs for quite some time. We currently have approx. 2000 Laser and 500 DVD titles. We got your product back in August of 98. I only wish I would have had it sooner. Since that time we have been using the Quick Shield to protect all of our new DVD's. We have found it to be an excellent product. What I would also like to praise is the CD Playright Maintenance / Repair kit. I recently got one of our Laser copies of Titanic back with a large scratch. It had only rented 2 times and would have been unacceptable to rent anymore. Well I used the repair kit and was able to restore the disc back to an acceptable rental. I have also been able to repair some of our scratched DVDs. This is a very useful product and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you, P. Ansay |

Mr. David Whitesel Thank you for all the information and free samples of your new products. They are most helpful when making my purchasing decisions. The Video Station has been renting laser discs for over 10 years and DVD since March 1997. Our rental library consists of 6000 laser and 1000 DVD titles. As you can imagine, the wear and tear on the discs is enormous. Quick Shield is the first product which has protected our discs against light scratchesa major problem with the fragile DVD format. I have used Quick Shield for over six months with great success. My staff sprays and wipes all incoming discs. Not only has our defective rate been cut in half, but now I can present my customers with rental items that look new. Your product is a must for any video retailer renting DVD's.
