III. WARRANTY
The contract which you make with us as your Supplier of optical disk accessories assures you that you shall receive your merchandise in a timely manner, that said merchandise shall be free from defect, that said materials will meet our claims, providing that you or anothers use of said products conforms with our instructions of use. You agree to notify CDP within 48 hrs of receipt of any product, that materials contained therein were damaged in shipment, incomplete in content, or defective in some manner which can be visibly described.

Our Products will provide, Repair, Protection, Maintenance and Organization when used according to specifications. CD PLAYRIGHT does not warrant that our products will perform as specified if they are used incorrectly, after the fact, are called upon to perform or restore any media which has been mishandled or abused, accidentally or otherwise. Further, your expectations must be reasonable, your application sensible, performed within the parameters we provide.

We will answer all complaints in a timely manner, replace any defective or damaged merchandise resulting from shipping and manufacturing error.
